New 3D demonstration facility in Yokohama City, Japan focuses on non-destructive and non-contact inspection applications.     Nikon Instech Co., Ltd. (Tokyo), a subsidiary company of Nikon Corporation, established the new demonstration facility on October 11th, 2017.
