With the non-contact HN-C3030 metrology system, Nikon is making a leap forward for ultra-fast, highly accurate gear and complex shape inspection.
The new compact solution featuring an advanced laser scanner that offers accurate non-contact scanning of a wide range of parts including gear inspection (hypoid, bevel, helical, spur, worm gears), impellers, turbine blades and more.
For gear inspection, tooth profile errors and lead errors can be displayed in the same format as with conventional ‘contact’ gear measuring systems.
By evaluating the complete 3D shape customers can also obtain better insights in product conformity, waviness, wear resulting is faster problem-solving and earlier go-to-market.
The HN-C3030 is currently demonstrated at the MACH exhibition (NEC, Birmingham, UK).
